Training and educational courses for the safety personnel who work at height can be specifically designed for client’s individual needs and environments.
Courses can include information on legislation, have practical elements relevant to your environment and have an assessment of the trainee’s knowledge and competence.
Topics covered in course syllabi may include (dependent on type of course); requirements and practical training of personnel in the use of fall protection equipment, height specific risk assessments, hierarchy of control measures
required when working at height, and the importance of correct selection and subsequent maintenance of fall protection equipment.
A classroom based course intended for personnel who have basic fall protection requirements.
This course covers the regulatory requirements, end-user equipment inspection, harness fitting, intermediate attachments and anchor points.
